• Bedrooms
  Sleeps 6 guests in 3 twin bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside and distant views to the sea.
• Bathrooms
  One main house bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet, toilet and marble topped sink and vanity area. 
  Opposite the master bedroom is a walk in shower room with sink and toilet. 
• Kitchen
  The kitchen has granite worktops and modern units. There is a ceramic hob, electric fan oven and grill, extractor hood and lighting, sink, dish washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery.
• Utility Room (accessed via the car port)
  Washing machine, pool and beach items.
• Living Room
  Lounge and dining room with a dining table, two, three seater settees, coffee table, side unit, satellite tv with European and English channels, dvd player (and a large selection of films) and a blue tooth sound system.

The villa is in a small residential housing complex and is ideal for those wanting quiet surroundings. It has a small garden area to the front planted with flowering bushes. At the rear of the property through the lounge patio doors is a two tier patio area, with outside seating,  surrounded by orange and lemon trees. The kidney shaped pool is approximately 8mx4m.  The pool is surrounded by a tiled area and furnished with sun loungers.  A further seating area has a barbecue and a dining table and chairs and is adjacent to a gravelled area with other plants and another lemon tree.  A car port provides a drying area and access to the utility room. The villa is not overlooked and the pool area enjoys full sun.
